Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to your personal data when you visit this site and sign up for news about Go-to-Go.
Who is responsible
The controller of your data is Danil Miachin (Go-to-Go). For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect
When you sign up: your email address, the language of the page, the version of this notice you agreed to, and the time and IP address at which you confirmed your subscription. This record proves your consent.
When you visit: your IP address and basic technical information about your browser and device are processed by our hosting provider and by the security check, to deliver the page and to tell people from bots. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The security check may use strictly necessary technical cookies or browser storage; they need no consent because they are required to protect the form.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
To send you news about the launch and the product: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us. Withdrawing doesn’t affect anything we did before.
To protect the site and the signup form from abuse: our legitimate interest in security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Giving us your email address is voluntary; without it we simply can’t send you news. We make no automated decisions about you and build no profiles.
Who processes it for us
Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) sends our emails and keeps the subscriber list on our behalf.
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and runs the security check (Turnstile). Cloudflare may process data outside the EU; such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Both act only on our instructions under data processing agreements. We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. When you unsubscribe, Brevo keeps your address marked as unsubscribed so that we never write to you again by mistake, and we keep the consent record for as long as we may need to show that we acted lawfully; both rely on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it completely, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Technical data from visits is kept by our providers only briefly, for security.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to [email protected]; we reply within one month (up to three months for complex requests, and we tell you if we need longer).
If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
Age
Signing up is for people aged 14 or over. If you are younger, please don’t sign up.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we update the date above. If a change affects how we use your email address, we ask for your consent again.
